11:00 am - “Writer’s Forum” (NOTE THE ABOVE VENUE CHANGE)
A forum for people who (either individually or collectively) want to do something of a more enduring nature. To produce substantial works; journal-quality articles, books, research articles, etc on Ukrainian themes. Themes for consideration could focus on migrant experiences relevant to Ukrainian communities in the Diaspora (mainly Australia). More specifically, this would highlight our achievements as an ethnic community.

Learn more about Ukrainian Instruments, their history and see some unique examples of these up close. The Forum will also include a short musical performance.

Ukrainian Australians - who we are and what we want our leaders, neighbours, work colleagues and fellow Australians to know and respect about us and contemporary Ukraine. These and related topics will be canvassed at the Communications Forum.
